GTM EngineeringAI/AutomationSan FranciscoSeries A$160K-$200KFull-time

The Challenge

Giga just raised $61M Series A and is scaling AI agents for enterprise automation (think DoorDash handling millions of customer interactions daily). You'll architect the GTM tech stack that turns their go-to-market strategy into revenue—using the same voice AI and automation they sell to customers.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Gong, Clay, etc.) and design integration roadmap with unified CRM as source of truth

2

Identify and automate 3-5 high-impact repetitive workflows (account research, CRM hygiene, post-call follow-ups) using APIs and AI agents

3

Build foundational data enrichment logic and sync architecture to ensure accuracy and deduplication across all systems

4

Partner with Sales/RevOps leadership to map GTM strategy into 2-3 initial automated playbooks and scoring models

By 6 Months
1

Deploy end-to-end outbound engine: intent detection → AI-personalized touchpoints → human review → booked meetings with measurable conversion lift

2

Implement dynamic lead scoring model that tracks pipeline velocity and win probability; report weekly on model accuracy vs. actuals

3

Reduce manual CRM/data hygiene work by 60%+ through intelligent automation; establish data quality SLAs

4

Build systematic signal detection (buyer intent, account fit, urgency) that feeds into real-time outbound campaigns; track attribution to pipeline

KPIs You'll Own

Pipeline Generated via Automated Systems

Qualified meetings booked per month driven by GTM tech stack automation vs. manual processes.

Data Integrity Score

Percentage of CRM records passing validation checks (completeness, deduplication, freshness).

Automation Coverage

Percentage of GTM workflows automated (account research, follow-ups, scoring, outreach) vs. manual.

Cycle Time Reduction

Days saved per prospect from initial signal detection to qualified meeting due to system efficiency.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 3–5+ years in Growth Engineering, GTM, or Revenue Operations roles (or technical background pivoting into GTM)
  • You're comfortable writing APIs, webhooks, SQL queries, and integrating SaaS tools; code fluency required but not necessarily full-stack engineering
  • You think operationally: you diagnose bottlenecks in sales processes and design systems to fix them, not just patch them
  • You're excited by AI/automation and want to dogfood your own company's technology in your GTM motion
  • You thrive with high autonomy and ambiguity; you set your own roadmap based on revenue impact, not detailed specs
Won't Work If
  • You need heavy hand-holding or prefer well-defined processes; this is greenfield GTM engineering with you setting direction
  • You're not technical enough to own API integrations, data pipelines, and SQL; this isn't a non-technical GTM coordinator role
  • You're remote-first; this is on-site San Francisco, full stop
  • You want a stable, legacy system; Giga is scaling fast and you'll be refactoring GTM tech as the company evolves

Interview Process

1

Initial Conversation

Chat with hiring manager or VP of RevOps about GTM tech stack experience, past automation wins, and technical depth.

2

Technical Assessment

Design exercise or case study: audit a messy GTM stack (Salesforce + Gong + Clay + spreadsheets) and propose integration + automation roadmap.

3

Cross-functional Panel

Interviews with Sales leadership, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing to assess collaboration and GTM thinking.

4

Founder/Leadership Conversation

Final round with founder or Chief Revenue Officer to align on vision for GTM tech and your role in scaling revenue engine.
