The Challenge
Genial Investimentos is Brazil's largest investment platform with 2M+ customers. You'll architect a scalable acquisition machine across Premium, PF and PJ segments—owning CAC optimization, funnel efficiency, and data-driven experimentation at scale.
Your Mission
Map current acquisition stack (GA4, Meta, Google, pixels, CRM) and identify data gaps; establish single source of truth for CAC, LTV, and payback metrics
Design and launch first CRO testing roadmap with 8-10 high-impact experiments across site, LPs, and app funnel stages
Audit and optimize all paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, Display) for blended CAC reduction; target 10-15% efficiency gain
Build alignment framework with Inside Sales on lead quality, routing logic, and feedback loops to improve conversion velocity
Reduce blended CAC by 15-20% through channel optimization, audience refinement, and automation wins; increase LTV:CAC ratio
Implement AI-powered personalization across digital touchpoints (email, SMS, WhatsApp Business) to drive activation and repeat engagement
Scale SEO and content-driven acquisition channels; achieve measurable incremental traffic and organic CAC improvement
Establish predictive analytics dashboard with cohort analysis, churn modeling, and lifetime value forecasting to drive strategic resource allocation

- You've shipped 15+ CRO experiments and can quantify lift (revenue, conversion, CAC impact); you obsess over data quality and test velocity
- You've optimized paid acquisition across Google + Meta at scale; understand blended CAC modeling and can reduce it 10%+ quarter-over-quarter
- You're comfortable wearing multiple hats—owning media, SEO, automation, dashboards, and cross-team alignment simultaneously
- You speak fluent Portuguese (ideally) or are fully bilingual; can navigate Brazilian market dynamics, fintech regulation nuances, and local consumer behavior
- You're a vanity-metrics person; CAC, LTV, payback, and ROI aren't your native language or you struggle with attribution accountability
- You prefer execution over strategy; this role requires you to design the architecture and lead cross-functional teams, not just run playbooks
- You've only worked in B2B SaaS or e-commerce; fintech acquisition (Premium vs. PF vs. PJ segments, compliance, trust, long sales cycles) requires domain learning
