The Challenge
GC AI is the fastest-growing legal AI platform trusted by 1,300+ companies (including 150+ public companies and unicorns). You'll own the analytics that drive pipeline, revenue, and GTM strategy for a company that 10x'd revenue in 12 months—with real influence and immediate impact.
Your Mission
Build comprehensive dashboards tracking campaign performance across paid media, ABM, email, events, and web channels
Develop single- and multi-touch attribution models to quantify marketing's influence on pipeline and revenue
Audit current funnel health (lead → MQL → SQL → closed-won) and deliver 3+ optimization recommendations
Partner with demand gen to identify and document top 5 most efficient campaigns and conversion paths
Deploy AI/ML-powered predictive analytics identifying churn risk and next-best-action triggers for accounts
Refine ICPs, IAPs, and personas using firmographic, behavioral, and engagement data—deliver updated targeting framework
Establish test-and-learn culture with structured experimentation cadence; report on 10+ tests with statistically significant results
Evaluate and recommend 3+ new tools/methodologies to strengthen reporting, enrichment, and segmentation capabilities

CAC by Channel & Campaign
Cost to acquire a customer across paid, ABM, email, and organic channels—critical for budget allocation.
Pipeline Influence Attribution
Percentage of closed-won revenue influenced by marketing touchpoints across single- and multi-touch models.
Funnel Conversion Rates
Lead-to-MQL, MQL-to-SQL, SQL-to-close conversion rates—identifies bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Feature Adoption & Retention
Product usage metrics and retention drivers that inform product marketing strategy and customer health.
Marketing-Sourced Pipeline
Total pipeline value attributed to marketing efforts, measured against sales-sourced and self-sourced pipeline.
