We are looking for a

Head of Customer Growth

to lead and scale our global organization, driving revenue expansion, customer adoption, and long-term success across our enterprise client base.

This role brings together two critical functions:

  • Enterprise Account Management, focused on revenue growth and value expansion.
  • Customer Success, focused on adoption, retention, and customer outcomes.

Reporting directly to the CRO, you will be responsible for the entire customer lifecycle, from acquisition to expansion and retention, with a clear mandate: maximize customer value and drive Net Revenue Retention at scale.

This role is an opportunity to define how enterprise customers adopt and scale AI-driven creativity β€” and to build the organization that makes that happen globally.

πŸ™Œ What You’ll Do

  • Define and execute a global customer growth strategy, aligned with company revenue goals.
  • Lead and scale high-performing Account Management and Customer Success teams.
  • Own key metrics including Net Revenue Retention (NRR), expansion revenue, and customer health.
  • Implement and enforce best-in-class sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC) across expansion motions.
  • Build a data-driven operating model, partnering closely with RevOps to track performance, forecast growth, and optimize execution.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on account-based strategies to drive expansion within key customers.
  • Partner with Product to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap and drives adoption.
  • Act as an executive sponsor for key accounts, engaging with C-level stakeholders to drive strategic partnerships.
  • Build scalable processes, playbooks, and structures to support global growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading enterprise Sales and/or Customer Success organizations at scale.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth, expansion, and retention in complex B2B environments.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, value-based selling, multithreading).
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities β€” you operate comfortably at both levels.
  • Data-driven leader with experience building metrics, forecasting models, and performance systems.
  • Ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Experience in high-growth environments, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and scale teams quickly.
  • Resilient, hands-on leader with strong ownership and accountability.
