Your Mission
Set up and launch 3-4 automated email workflows (welcome, nurturing, upsell) in Pipedrive/Airtable with baseline open/click rates tracked
Segment B2B prospect database into 5+ targeted audiences and document segmentation logic for sales alignment
Publish 8-12 pieces of B2B content (LinkedIn posts, case studies, one-pagers) and establish editorial calendar for EMEA/USA markets
Create your first monthly KPI dashboard tracking email performance, content engagement, and CRM funnel metrics
Optimize 3+ email workflows based on A/B testing; achieve target open rates (25%+) and CTR (5%+) by Q2
Build predictive lead scoring model in CRM; identify high-intent prospects and hand off to sales with conversion tracking
Scale content production to 20+ assets (blogs, social, gated resources); measure content-driven pipeline contribution
Present quarterly business review showing CRM ROI, campaign attribution, and growth recommendations to leadership

- You're a Master's student in digital marketing, business, or CRM with hunger to own B2B growth from day one
- You're fluent in both French and English and can communicate complex marketing concepts to sales teams
- You love data: Google Analytics, Excel, SQL fundamentals—turning customer behavior into actionable campaigns
- You can juggle CRM setup, content creation, and social strategy without losing focus on metrics and ROI
- You're looking for remote work; this is on-site Paris only
- You need a full-time contract beyond internship; this is structured as a fixed-term internship
- You lack hands-on experience with CRM tools or marketing automation—theory alone won't cut it
