Summary / Objective
Foxcroft is seeking an experienced
Ecommerce Marketing Manager
to drive digital marketing initiatives and accelerate the growth of our direct-to-consumer business. This role partners closely with theSenior Director, DTC
to define the strategic and creative direction for email, paid advertising, and social media campaigns—while executing hands-on marketing tactics that directly fuel revenue growth.We’re looking for a resourceful, entrepreneurial marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable wearing multiple hats—strategic, creative, analytical, and operational.
Location:
Onsite 4 days per week (Monday–Thursday); remote on Fridays.Key Responsibilities
Email Marketing
- Develop and execute email marketing strategies that support key business goals—new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and CRM objectives around customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage the end-to-end process for email campaigns: segmentation, copywriting, design coordination, QA testing, deployment, and optimization of automated and batch campaigns.
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar aligning email themes with launches and brand moments.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, sales attribution, engagement), conducting A/B tests and applying insights to improve results.
- Implement email acquisition and retargeting strategies to enhance audience growth, engagement, and lifetime value.
Product Setup & Launch Execution
- Collaborate with the Buying team to manage product setup from start to finish, ensuring data accuracy across pricing, inventory, tagging, collections, and merchandising logic.
- Coordinate seamless product launches and promotions, ensuring site updates reflect key initiatives and seasonal priorities.
- Oversee visual merchandising across the homepage, category pages, product detail pages, and navigation to optimize conversion and storytelling.
Ecommerce Performance & Reporting
- Track and report on ecommerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, customer retention, and ROI, with accountability for translating results into action.
- Utilize tools such as Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze on-site performance and customer behavior, developing actionable insights for growth.
- Present weekly and monthly reports to leadership, translating data into strategic recommendations and optimization plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing or ecommerce, preferably within retail or DTC brands.
- Hands-on experience with
Klaviyo
(required) andShopify
(required). - Proficiency with analytics tools such as
Google Analytics
or similar. - Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a strong eye for detail and brand tone.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to synthesize findings into clear recommendations.
- Highly organized, adaptable multitasker who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings.
- Self-starter who is curious, creative, and motivated to drive measurable growth.
