Your Mission
Audit current growth marketing tech stack and campaign performance; establish baseline metrics across paid, owned, and earned channels
Build and staff your growth marketing team; define roles, workflows, and reporting cadence
Ship 2-3 AI-powered campaign experiments (landing pages, lead scoring, nurture automation) to prove efficiency gains
Align GTM playbook with Product roadmap for next 2 major releases; lock down cross-functional dependencies
Increase marketing-sourced pipeline by 40% through optimized multi-channel campaigns and paid media scaling
Launch and validate 3+ product-led growth experiments; document playbook for expansion motion
Reduce customer acquisition cost by 20-30% through audience refinement, creative testing, and channel optimization
Establish predictive lead scoring model; improve conversion rates at each funnel stage by minimum 15%
