The Challenge
First Eagle Investments ($181B AUM) needs you to build their digital analytics engine from the ground up. You'll lead measurement and optimization across all digital channels while partnering with marketing, product, and compliance to drive data-backed decisions in a mission-critical role.
Your Mission
Audit and document existing digital tracking setup across website, GA4, GTM, and third-party tools; identify critical gaps in data governance
Design and deliver 3-5 foundational dashboards in Tableau/Looker Studio for website performance, email engagement, and paid media ROI
Establish baseline KPIs and benchmarks for all digital channels; present performance review to senior leadership
Partner with IT/vendors to map data consolidation roadmap for CDP implementation
Launch centralized CDP with clean, unified digital data from proprietary and third-party sources
Build comprehensive A/B testing and experimentation framework with Client Experience Director; execute 4+ tests with documented lift
Deliver quarterly digital performance review with strategic recommendations for content, campaign, and channel optimization
Establish UTM governance standards and ensure 100% compliance across all digital initiatives; train marketing and sales teams

Track incremental revenue generated per dollar spent across paid search, display, social, and email campaigns.
Website Conversion Rate & User Engagement
Monitor page views, session duration, bounce rate, and conversion funnel performance by user segment.
Email Marketing Performance
Measure open rates, click-through rates, unsubscribe rates, and revenue per email by campaign segment.
Attribution Model Accuracy
Validate multi-touch attribution model against actual revenue data; track model lift quarter-over-quarter.
Dashboard Adoption & Insights Generated
Measure stakeholder usage of dashboards and track number of actionable recommendations delivered to leadership.
