Your Mission

First 3 Months

Map current growth metrics and KPIs across 3-5 key markets; establish baseline performance dashboards

Conduct market-specific trend analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify 2-3 high-impact growth levers

Collaborate with product and partnerships teams to define and document 5+ data-driven growth experiments for Q1 execution

Deliver first market performance review with actionable recommendations for partner optimization

Launch and measure 8-10 growth initiatives; achieve 15-25% improvement in target KPI across pilot markets

Build scalable growth playbooks for 3+ market segments with repeatable frameworks for event creator acquisition

Establish cross-functional growth council; present quarterly strategy reviews to leadership with P&L impact

  • You're fluent in English and ideally speak Spanish or another language relevant to LatAm markets
  • You're genuinely curious about industry trends and consumer behavior in live entertainment/culture
