Fanatics has an established database of over 100 million global sports fans; a global partner network with approximately 900 sports properties, including major national and international professional sports leagues, players associations, teams, colleges, college conferences and retail partners, 2,500 athletes and celebrities, and 200 exclusive athletes; and over 2,000 retail locations, including its Lids retail stores. Our more than 22,000 employees are committed to relentlessly enhancing the fan experience and delighting sports fans globally.

About the Team

Fanatics Collectibles is building the future of trading cards and scaling fast. Our licenses span MLB, NBA, NFL, Premier League, UEFA, WWE, UFC, and more. To power this growth, we're modernizing Topps, one of the most storied brands in sports and entertainment collectibles. As trading cards evolve from a nearly 100-year-old analog craft into a technology-driven, global business, we are rebuilding the systems that power how cards are sold, priced, and distributed across a complex global commercial ecosystem.

We are hiring a Director of Product Management to own the commercial product portfolio that drives revenue growth, pricing intelligence, financial planning, and international expansion across Fanatics Collectibles. This is a senior people-leadership role with endto-end accountability for the product strategy and execution that powers how Topps goes to market.

What You'll Do

  • Own the end-to-end product portfolio that powers commercial growth, including the internal enterprise systems that drive sales, pricing, customer intelligence, financial planning, and global market expansion.

  • Set the product strategy for how Fanatics Collectibles grows B2B revenue, defends margin, and expands into priority international markets.

  • Drive international expansion as a cross-functional product effort, going beyond feature localization to define the operating model, tooling, and partner integrations needed to make new geographies successful from launch through scale.

  • Build and scale the Finance product portfolio that powers FP&A, planning cycles, and revenue projections, in deep partnership with the CFO organization.

  • Develop a high-performing product team through hands-on coaching, clear performance standards, and deliberate investment in PMs' growth into senior operators.

  • Lead communications and stakeholder management with senior leadership across the commercial organization.

  • Apply AI and automation across the portfolio, identifying high-leverage opportunities to remove manual work, accelerate decision-making, and unlock new commercial capabilities (e.g., intelligent pricing, seller insights, predictive allocation).

  • Operate as a senior leader within the Product organization, contributing to org-wide strategy, hiring, and culture, and representing the commercial portfolio at the executive level.

What We're Looking For

  • 10 to 15 years of product management experience, including 3 to 5+ years in a senior product leadership role (Director or equivalent) with direct people management responsibility.

  • Demonstrated success building and scaling enterprise sales, pricing, or finance-adjacent product portfolios, ideally in industries with complex go-to-market motions, multi-channel distribution, or global operations.

  • Track record of leading international expansion work, including the operational, financial, and GTM complexity that comes with new market entry.

  • Strong technical fluency and an ability to partner effectively with leaders across engineering, data science, and analytics.

  • Executive presence and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly and confidently engage at the C-suite level.

  • Experience leading through growth, ambiguity, and change, particularly in organizations undergoing digital transformation, platform modernization, or international expansion.

  • Passion for trading cards and collectibles, or a demonstrated eagerness to become a world-class expert in this space. Deep curiosity and commitment to mastering this domain is essential.
