The Challenge

Turfresh needs a Growth Architect to build and scale their entire customer acquisition and retention engine. You'll own the funnel from first impression to automated close, leading a distributed team across PPC, SEO, Social, Design, CRM, and Marketing Automation to maximize LTV while cutting CAC.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map end-to-end lead journey and identify current conversion bottlenecks across all channels (Google Ads, Meta, organic)

Establish baseline performance dashboard tracking CPL, ROAS, Conversion Rate, and Pipeline Value across all channels

Build and document SOPs, playbooks, and QA checklists for campaign planning, execution, and reporting

Conduct team audit and define clear KPIs, roles, and weekly performance cadence for all specialists

By 6 Months

Reduce CAC by 20-30% through systematic optimization of paid media campaigns and landing page testing

Increase lead quality score by implementing lead scoring within GoHighLevel and aligning with Sales on SLAs

3

Scale organic pipeline by launching SEO strategy improvements and executing 2+ major paid channel expansions

4

Build predictive revenue forecast model linked to marketing metrics and present monthly to executive leadership

KPIs You'll Own

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)

Total marketing spend divided by new customers acquired; track by channel and campaign to identify efficient sources.

Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

Revenue generated from paid ads divided by ad spend; minimum threshold 3:1 for sustainable growth.

Cost Per Lead (CPL)

Total ad spend divided by qualified leads; optimize by improving form conversion and audience targeting.

Lifetime Value (LTV)

Total profit from a customer across their entire relationship; essential for determining sustainable CAC.

Lead Conversion Rate

Percentage of leads that convert to paying customers; track funnel stage conversion to identify where quality breaks.

Pipeline Value

Total value of leads in active sales cycle; correlates marketing efforts directly to revenue outcomes.

Express Chipping, Inc. operates Turfresh, a lead-generation-driven business in the lawn/landscaping or field services vertical. The company is building out its growth infrastructure and needs an architect to optimize the entire customer acquisition and retention machine.

  • You've led PPC campaigns for 3+ years and genuinely understand CAC vs. LTV tradeoffs in lead-gen models
  • You think like a systems builder—you see marketing as interconnected funnels, not isolated campaigns
  • You're comfortable with ambiguity and can build processes from scratch (SOPs, dashboards, playbooks)
  • You can manage and coach specialists without micromanaging; you delegate strategically and hold people accountable
  • You obsess over data and can translate metrics into business narratives for leadership

  • You need remote work; this role is on-site in Bucaramanga and won't accommodate fully remote arrangements
  • You're a doer, not a leader—this role requires orchestrating a team, not executing all campaigns yourself
  • You lack hands-on PPC or performance marketing experience; you can't lead a funnel you don't understand deeply
