What you'll do
Eulerity is a fast-growing marketing technology company transforming how franchises and small businesses approach digital advertising. Built by former leaders from Google, Facebook, and Yahoo!, our platform combines decades of experience in engineering and marketing to deliver an industry-leading, automated solution. We make it easy to plan, launch, and analyze paid campaigns across Google Search, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Display, Video, and organic social - all from one intuitive platform. We believe breakthrough results happen when technology, strategy, and creativity come together. By combining automation with human insight, we empower brands to scale smarter, move faster, and grow stronger. Internally, we're just as committed to growth. We cultivate a culture where ambitious, curious, and driven individuals are empowered to lead, learn, and elevate those around them.
Role
We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Professional to join our Technical Account Management team. In this role, you will oversee campaign delivery operations across multiple advertising channels, partnering with the team and leadership to define processes, resolve escalated issues, and continuously improve how we work. You are highly technical, detail-oriented, and process-driven, equally comfortable diving into a complex tracking setup as you are collaborating with internal teams, clients, and vendors on technical challenges. You are a strong GA4 user, a natural mentor who is excited about raising the level of the team around you, and someone who is actively curious about how AI and automation tools can make your work sharper and faster. You don't need to be an engineer, but you should be someone who experiments with AI tools, stays current on what's emerging, and brings that lens to how you operate.
Responsibilities
- Oversee campaign delivery monitoring across multiple advertising channels, collaborating with the team on escalated issues and ensuring resolution
- Partner with the team and leadership to define and refine internal processes for campaign delivery, troubleshooting, and reporting
- Collaborate with the team on complex tracking and measurement challenges, helping build collective expertise across GTM, Meta Events Manager, and other platform tools
- Champion GA4 best practices across the team, contributing to consistent and accurate performance measurement
- Work with internal teams and leadership to identify platform improvements and help shape how Eulerity's tools are used operationally
- Contribute to the evolution of reporting infrastructure, working alongside the team to improve how performance data is communicated
- Leverage AI tools (LLM-based assistants, agentic workflows, automation platforms) to improve efficiency in campaign monitoring, reporting, and internal documentation
- Stay current on emerging AI capabilities relevant to digital marketing operations and bring forward recommendations for how the team can adopt them
- Act as a confident technical voice in client and vendor conversations on escalated issues
- Mentor and train team members, building technical capabilities and raising the overall standard of work
- Coordinate with offshore support teams to ensure process consistency and quality
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (agency or in-house)
- 2+ years of people management or team lead experience
- Deep familiarity with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Strong, confident knowledge of GA4 including event tracking, attribution, and reporting
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and conversion tracking setup and troubleshooting
- Experience building and maintaining performance reporting dashboards and data visualizations, with tools such as Looker Studio, Google Sheets, or equivalent
- Demonstrated comfort using AI tools in a professional context (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar), with actual workflow integration beyond surface-level awareness
- High attention to detail and a process-driven mindset
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage confidently with clients and vendors on technical issues
- Excellent Excel or Google Sheets skills (vlookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.)
- Previous client-facing experience in an agency or account management role
- Experience working with or communicating across distributed or international teams
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or DSPs (ex. TTD, Amazon, etc.)
- Experience with franchise or multi-location campaign management
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools, agentic platforms, or prompt engineering in a business context
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
- Hybrid role - able and willing to come to the NYC office at least 2x / week.
