The Challenge

Essor backs fast-growing consumer brands. OTOTO is a novelty lifestyle brand competing on Instagram and TikTok—you'll rebuild its digital strategy from the ground up, lead a Philippine team, and own the full growth funnel from awareness to repeat purchase.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map OTOTO's current digital presence, audit competitor positioning, and lock in the annual marketing strategy with founders

Audit and optimize Instagram and TikTok content calendar; establish brand aesthetic guidelines and messaging framework

Establish KPI framework (engagement, reach, conversion contribution, LTV); set baseline metrics and reporting cadence

4

Onboard and structure the Philippines team with clear priorities, roles, and accountability for Q2 execution

By 6 Months
1

Drive measurable growth across Instagram and TikTok (follower growth, engagement rate, revenue attribution targets)

Scale influencer and creator partnerships; build repeatable playbooks for UGC campaigns and community engagement

Launch and optimize 3+ seasonal or thematic campaigns end-to-end; prove content-to-revenue contribution

4

Build and execute CRM strategy (email flows, lifecycle campaigns); establish retention and LTV benchmarks

KPIs You'll Own

Instagram & TikTok Engagement Rate

Track likes, comments, shares, saves as % of followers; target growth and quality over vanity metrics.

DTC Conversion Rate & AOV

Measure marketing-driven traffic to Shopify and revenue contribution from paid/organic channels.

Revenue Attribution by Channel

Tag and track revenue from Instagram, TikTok Shop, CRM, influencer partnerships, and affiliate sources.

Customer LTV & Repeat Purchase Rate

Monitor CRM performance, email open/click rates, and repeat purchase frequency by cohort.

Campaign ROI

Measure cost-per-acquisition, ROAS, and contribution margin for seasonal and thematic campaigns.

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You have 4–5 years of hands-on digital marketing, brand marketing, or growth marketing experience
  • You understand social commerce (Instagram, TikTok) and can bridge brand storytelling with performance metrics
  • You're equally comfortable building strategy and executing campaigns—no idea is too small to launch yourself
  • You enjoy leading teams and pushing for higher standards in creativity, execution, and performance
  • You thrive in fast-paced, founder-led environments where you own outcomes end-to-end
Won't Work If
  • You only want to manage—you need to be hands-on and launch campaigns yourself
  • You lack hands-on experience with Instagram and TikTok advertising and content strategy
  • You're a pure strategist who doesn't translate plans into execution and measurable results
  • You need remote flexibility or aren't willing to work on-site in Paris
