The Challenge

Epsilon (Publicis Group's data marketing powerhouse) runs 100+ platforms daily for 300+ clients. You'll lead a team of campaign managers orchestrating omnichannel activations across Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Braze—turning data into conversions at scale.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Stabilize and assess your team of campaign consultants; identify skill gaps and training needs

2

Own 3-5 active client campaigns end-to-end, ensuring delivery quality and client satisfaction

3

Master Epsilon's campaign methodology and tech stack across their 4-5 primary platforms

4

Conduct 10+ client discovery sessions to identify upsell opportunities and optimization wins

By 6 Months
1

Deliver 15+ campaigns with <5% variance to budget and timeline; document learnings into repeatable playbooks

2

Develop and mentor 2-3 consultants toward senior IC or team lead roles

3

Generate €200K+ in pipeline through needs-based selling and cross-functional collaboration

4

Establish yourself as the go-to expert for complex CDP/DMP use cases; lead internal training sessions

Campaign Delivery Rate (On-time, On-budget)

% of projects delivered within timeline and budget constraints across your team's portfolio

Client NPS / Satisfaction Score

Post-campaign client feedback directly tied to your leadership and project execution quality

Revenue Per Manager (Billed Hours + New Wins)

Total billable hours managed + new client revenue generated through your sales involvement

Team Utilization & Capability Growth

% of bench time eliminated and number of consultants certified in advanced platform capabilities

Campaign Performance Metrics (CTR, Conversion, ROI)

  • You speak fluent English and enjoy working with international teams and clients
  • You want exposure to enterprise-scale data marketing and CDP/DMP complexity
