The Challenge

EPSILON France (Publicis's data marketing powerhouse) runs 100+ marketing platforms daily for 300+ clients. You'll own campaign execution across email, SMS, and push—turning data into customer experiences that actually convert.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Master 2-3 new CRM platforms (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign) through real client projects

2

Ship 15+ campaigns end-to-end: setup, targeting, routing, analysis, and client handoff

3

Nail A/B testing frameworks and deliver 3+ optimization reports showing lift metrics

4

Build fluency with the client base—understand their data structure, pain points, and success metrics

By 6 Months
1

Become the go-to expert for advanced customer journey automation and trigger marketing across the team

Lead 5+ complex multi-touch campaigns with HTML customization and deliverability optimization

Mentor 1-2 junior consultants on campaign best practices and troubleshooting

4

Establish yourself as trusted strategic advisor to clients—move beyond execution to optimization recommendations

KPIs You'll Own

Campaign Performance Lift

Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversion uplifts from A/B tests you design and execute.

On-Time Delivery Rate

Percentage of campaigns shipped on schedule with zero technical errors or client revisions.

Client Satisfaction Score

Post-campaign feedback from clients on execution quality, communication, and strategic input.

Automation Coverage

Percentage of customer journeys you convert from manual to fully automated workflows.

The Package

Salary

€45K-€60K base

Remote

Hybrid: 2 days/week remote, 3 days Paris office. Work from anywhere up to 6 weeks/year after 1 year tenure (Work Your World program).

  • You're obsessed with CRM, customer journeys, and conversion optimization—not just sending emails, but *why* they work
  • You've got 3+ years hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Adobe Campaign and speak fluent English
  • You love A/B testing, segmentation, and automation—shipping 10+ campaigns/quarter energizes you
  • You're comfortable with HTML/CSS and can troubleshoot deliverability issues without hand-holding
  • You want to grow: mentor juniors, advise clients strategically, and master the full CRM stack
Won't Work If
  • CRM and customer journey aren't your thing—this is 100% of the role, no exceptions
  • You're not fluent in English (required for international client work)
  • You lack 3+ years hands-on CRM platform experience or HTML/CSS skills
  • You prefer strategy over execution—this is an implementation role where you own the details

Interview Process

Phone Screen

Conversation about your CRM platform experience (Salesforce/Adobe), campaign examples, and fluency in English.

Technical Case Study

Design a customer journey or A/B test scenario; show your thinking on targeting, automation, and success metrics.

Team Interview

Meet 1-2 consultants from the Activation Marketing pole; discuss your favorite campaigns and how you'd approach a real client brief.

Final Interview

Conversation with hiring manager on career goals, team fit, and Publicis benefits/culture.
