Launch 3+ email campaigns with documented ROI; achieve 25%+ open rates and 5%+ click-through rates

Is This Role For You?
- You've run social media and email marketing for a D2C/e-commerce brand and know Shopify + Klaviyo inside-out
- You're comfortable being both strategic and tactical—jumping between campaign planning and hands-on content creation
- You have professional photography or visual content skills (or can direct/edit product photos to brand standards)
- You want to own the full digital funnel and build a team under you, not just execute tasks
- You expect a fully built team or large headcount from day one—this is a builder role in a lean organization
- You're not willing to get hands-on with content creation, photography, or Shopify backend management
- You need full remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in Los Angeles
