The Challenge
EDF is navigating tighter regulatory constraints and fragmented markets while scaling lead generation across B2C and B2B segments. You'll own the full acquisition strategy—from channel selection to lead qualification—managing a team of 8 to hit aggressive volume and conversion targets.
Your Mission
Audit current acquisition channels (SEA, SEO, social, display, email) and identify underperforming levers draining budget
Define lead qualification criteria with sales teams and implement nurturing workflows in marketing automation platform
Launch Q1 campaign roadmap across 3+ channels with A/B testing framework and weekly performance tracking
Establish baseline KPI dashboards (CPL, CAC, conversion rate) and establish reporting cadence with leadership
Achieve 20%+ improvement in lead quality score and 15%+ reduction in CPL through optimization and channel rebalancing
Scale top 2-3 performing channels by 30%+ while maintaining or improving ROAS/ROI targets
Build predictive lead scoring model leveraging CRM data to improve sales team efficiency and close rates
Develop quarterly strategic recommendations backed by data that influence product and content roadmaps

CPL (Cost Per Lead)
Measure acquisition efficiency across all channels—your north star for budget allocation.
CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
Track true cost from lead to customer conversion to validate channel profitability.
Lead-to-Customer Conversion Rate
Own the pipeline quality metric that directly impacts revenue and sales team productivity.
ROI by Channel
Quantify return on investment for each acquisition lever to justify budget and optimize mix.
Lead Volume & SLA Attainment
Hit monthly/quarterly lead generation targets and maintain agreed-upon quality thresholds with sales.

- You've managed 10+ years in digital acquisition with proven expertise across SEA, SEO, social, and organic channels
- You're fluent in multi-channel campaign optimization, A/B testing, and data-driven decision making
- You've led marketing teams (5+) and thrive in cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and ops
- You're comfortable in regulated or complex B2B/B2C environments where lead quality matters as much as volume
- You speak French or are open to working in a French-speaking environment on-site
- You're looking for remote flexibility—this is full-time on-site in France
- You prefer individual contributor roles over team management and strategic leadership
- You lack hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn) or marketing automation tools
- You're uncomfortable with performance accountability—this role is heavily metrics-driven with clear KPI ownership
