As a Marketing Manager, you will define and drive the marketing strategy for your categories while leading a small team of marketers. Acting as the central point of coordination across internal and external interested parties, you will ensure alignment between business objectives, marketing initiatives, and execution. This role requires a versatile profile with experience spanning media, creative, partnerships, and brand building, who can combine critical thinking with hands-on execution when needed.
Please note this is fixed term contract .
What You Will Accomplish...
- Define and lead connected marketing strategies that support business priorities and long-term growth objectives.
- Translate business goals into clear marketing roadmaps and ensure successful execution across initiatives.
- Provide regular business updates and strategic recaps to leadership, ensuring visibility and alignment on priorities and outcomes.
- Own competitive intelligence and market analysis to see opportunities, risks, and emerging trends.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitate decision-making, solve challenges, and remove obstacles to execution.
- Oversee integrated marketing initiatives across media, creative, CRM, partnerships, sponsorships, and other growth channels, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Handle agency and partner relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Team management
- 8+ years of marketing experience
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of both media and creative fields, with a track record of building integrated marketing strategies.
- Strategic problem solver with the ability to connect business objectives, consumer insights, and marketing execution.
- Skilled at influencing partners, building alignment, and collaborating across multiple functions.
- Strong problem solver who is comfortable making decisions and navigating ambiguity.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Hands-on, analytical, and commercially minded, able to balance strategic leadership with operational execution when required.
- Fluent in French & English
