The Challenge
Doctolib is France's leading healthcare platform (3000+ employees) and they're scaling field marketing as a real business lever. You'll orchestrate high-impact B2B activations across the country-from medical congresses to proprietary events-while driving local awareness and pipeline for healthcare professionals.
Your Mission
Map and prioritize 4-6 strategic B2B events for 2026 (congresses, medical salons, product keynotes) with clear business outcomes and budget allocation
Launch first wave of field activations in 2-3 priority territories with documented lead generation and sales pipeline impact
Establish cross-functional workflow with Sales, Product Marketing, and Growth teams; define handoff protocols and reporting cadence
Audit current field marketing initiatives; identify quick wins (local partnerships, co-marketing angles) to activate within 90 days
Execute full portfolio of 8+ strategic events with minimum 30% of target attendees converting to qualified leads or pipeline influence
Build repeatable playbook for regional activations (co-marketing, local partnerships, proximity initiatives) and deploy across 5+ territories
Deliver clear ROI analysis on all major activations: leads generated, pipeline influenced, conversion rates, and cost-per-outcome vs. targets
Create field marketing content/enablement toolkit that Sales uses consistently (deck templates, talking points, post-event sequences)
KPIs You'll Own
Leads Generated by Event
Qualified leads captured and passed to Sales per activation, tracked from registration through pipeline entry.
Pipeline Influenced
Total ARR or deal value influenced by field marketing touchpoints, measured through attribution modeling with Sales.
Event ROI
Revenue influenced or deals closed divided by total event spend (venue, logistics, promotion, staffing).
Cost Per Lead
Total activation spend divided by qualified leads generated; benchmark against target CAC and digital channel efficiency.
Attendee-to-Conversion Rate
Percentage of event attendees who enter sales pipeline or convert to customers within 6 months of event.
Territory Coverage & Frequency
Number of regions/territories with active field marketing presence and activation frequency (monthly, quarterly, annual events).

Is This Role For You?
- You've orchestrated 6+ years of B2B field marketing or event management-congresses, trade shows, proprietary events-with documented impact on pipeline
- You thrive moving between strategic planning (territory selection, partnership identification) and tactical execution (vendor coordination, day-of logistics)
- You're comfortable owning full P&L for activations-budgeting, ROI tracking, optimizing spend across multiple levers
- You work well cross-functionally and can translate Sales priorities into compelling on-the-ground initiatives
- You're based in or willing to relocate to Paris; the role requires on-site presence and regular field travel across France
- You've only done digital marketing or demand gen-this is analog, in-person, relationship-driven field work
- You need remote flexibility or want to avoid travel; this is on-site Paris + significant field time across territories
- You expect a fully staffed team; you'll likely build the function from scratch with minimal headcount initially
- You're not comfortable with French business culture, healthcare regulations, or working in the French healthcare ecosystem
