Compensation: $225,000 - $269,400 Annual Salary

The Head of Marketing oversees integrated marketing across brand strategy, digital, CRM, social media, public relations, and restaurant-level marketing. This leader partners cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Development, and People & Culture to support new restaurant openings, increase guest engagement, and ensure marketing efforts contribute to sustained revenue growth and long-term brand health.
Responsibilities
Brand Strategy:
- Lead brand strategy, positioning, and storytelling to drive awareness, relevance, and emotional connection across markets; ensure brand consistency and excellence across all guest and team member touchpoints including restaurants, digital platforms, social media, partnerships, and internal communications.
- Own revenue and growth marketing strategy, driving same-store sales, guest frequency, and lifetime value across on-premise, off-premise, digital, CRM, loyalty, and new restaurant openings; prioritize high-impact, data-driven initiatives that deliver measurable ROI.
- Oversee integrated marketing campaigns and channel execution across digital marketing, CRM, social media, and restaurant-level marketing; ensure initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and optimized to support brand and revenue objectives.
- Lead communications and public relations strategy, including media relations, awards, thought leadership, crisis communications, and internal communications; protect and elevate brand reputation.
- Develop and lead corporate social responsibility (CSR) and community engagement strategy aligned with brand values; integrate social impact into brand storytelling, partnerships, and team member engagement.
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization, including team development, agency management, and cross-functional partnership with Operations, Finance, Development, and People & Culture to ensure aligned and effective execution
- 12–15+ years of senior marketing leadership experience
- Proven experience leading brand, growth, and communications functions
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving revenue and growth
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and agency partners
- Experience scaling consumer brands
- Deep expertise in digital, CRM, PR, and earned-first marketing strategies
- Experience operating in capital-efficient or limited-media environments
- Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer, including frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and multiple digital systems
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written formats with internal stakeholders, external partners, and executive leadership
- Ability to participate in and lead meetings, presentations, and discussions in both in-person and virtual environments
- Ability to maintain attention to detail, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to occasionally move about the office to access files, attend meetings, and collaborate with team members
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 15–25 pounds on an occasional basis
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours as needed based on business demands
- Ability to support crisis communications and time-sensitive issues
- Ability to travel as needed to support restaurant openings and brand initiatives
