The Challenge

DiDi is the world's leading mobility platform expanding aggressively into food delivery across LATAM. You'll help restaurants grow their online sales and engagement on the platform while working cross-functionally with creative, ops, and stakeholder teams.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Create 3-5 restaurant marketing campaign briefs that clearly articulate user personas, value propositions, and success metrics for LATAM markets

Develop 2-3 communication templates and tools that restaurants can use to understand DiDi's benefits and increase seller engagement

Support execution of at least 2 live restaurant campaigns with day-to-day monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder updates

4

Conduct data analysis on 2-3 restaurant segments to identify growth insights and campaign opportunities

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end execution of 4-5 restaurant marketing campaigns across different LATAM countries with measurable sales lift targets

Build a reusable restaurant marketing playbook and asset library used by multiple country teams

3

Deliver quarterly insights reports identifying top-performing restaurants, campaign types, and expansion opportunities

4

Lead 2-3 cross-functional projects that directly shape DiDi's food delivery strategy in the region

Restaurant Activation Rate

Percentage of restaurants receiving marketing support who actively engage with campaigns and increase sales on the platform.

Campaign ROI

Revenue generated by restaurants participating in campaigns versus marketing spend and effort.

Stakeholder Engagement

Quality and timeliness of briefs, comms, and deliverables that drive cross-functional alignment and execution.

Data-Driven Insights

Number of actionable insights generated from analysis that directly influence campaign strategy and results.

  • You thrive in fast-paced environments where you own multiple projects and wear different hats

  • You're looking for a fully remote role—this is on-site in Bogota only
  • You don't have fluent English and Spanish or prefer roles with limited cross-regional collaboration
  • You need a traditional internship experience with light responsibilities—this role owns real campaigns with measurable impact

Interview Process

Short assignment: Create a restaurant marketing campaign brief for a LATAM food delivery scenario with audience insights and tactics

Team Interview

Meet with Restaurant Marketing LATAM lead and 1-2 team members to discuss campaign ideas, cross-functional collaboration, and data thinking

Final Interview

Meet with hiring manager to discuss role expectations, growth opportunities, and culture fit
