The Challenge
Diabolocom is a leading European CCaaS/CX platform trusted by 400+ clients across 60+ countries. You'll own their customer events strategy and trade show execution—building a loyalty program that drives NPS, retention, and advocacy while generating qualified leads at industry conferences.
Your Mission
Map and audit current customer event landscape; define Club Utilisateur program strategy and 2026 roadmap with clear KPIs
Plan and execute first flagship customer event or webinar series to validate engagement model and collect feedback
Secure and plan participation in 2-3 key B2B trade shows; negotiate contracts and finalize booth concepts
Create event content calendar and production timeline for Q1-Q2 deliverables (presentations, case studies, visuals)
Launch full Club Utilisateur program with measurable NPS lift and quarterly engagement metrics
Execute 3+ external trade shows/conferences with lead generation targets and ROI analysis
Produce integrated event content suite (videos, ebooks, presentations) supporting 4+ campaign activations
Establish event measurement framework; deliver monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations

Customer Event Attendance & NPS Lift
Track Club Utilisateur participation rates and measure NPS improvement among attendees vs. non-attendees.
Trade Show Lead Generation
Qualified leads captured per event, lead-to-opportunity conversion rate, and cost per qualified lead.
Event ROI
Total event spend vs. pipeline value generated and closed deals attributed to event engagement.
Content Engagement Metrics
Video views, ebook downloads, presentation shares, and email open rates for event-related assets.
Customer Retention & Advocacy
Repeat attendance rates, customer referrals, and case study/testimonial participation from event attendees.
