The Challenge

ENAZUL is building a digital lending machine in Peru, and you'll architect the entire customer acquisition funnel—from click to credit disbursement. This is a high-leverage role where your growth decisions directly impact loan volume and company revenue.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and map current digital channels (web, social, paid); identify quick wins for lead quality and cost optimization

Launch 2-3 A/B tests on landing pages and lead forms to improve conversion rates by 15%+

Establish tracking and dashboarding for CAC, CPL, and conversion by channel; get real-time visibility on performance

Coordinate kickoff with sales, tech, and data teams to align on lead quality standards and SLAs

By 6 Months

Scale top-performing channels by 40%+ while keeping CAC flat or lower; prove channel ROI

Implement advanced lead scoring and nurture flows (email, SMS) to improve conversion to disbursed loans

Run 8+ optimization experiments across funnel (messaging, creative, targeting, UX); document learnings

Deliver monthly growth reporting to leadership: leads generated, conversion rates, monto colocado, and revenue impact

For You If
  • You've built and optimized digital funnels end-to-end and can tie marketing metrics back to business outcomes (loans, revenue)
  • You're obsessed with A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data—spreadsheets are your second language
  • You thrive in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments where you wear multiple hats (campaign, analytics, UX, strategy)
  • You have 4+ years of digital marketing experience and ideally worked in fintech, banking, or high-stakes B2C growth
Won't Work If
  • You need equity or remote flexibility; this is on-site in Lima with a fixed 6-month contract structure
  • You prefer brand/content marketing over performance and conversion optimization
  • You don't speak Spanish or lack familiarity with Peruvian market dynamics and consumer behavior
