The Challenge
Cult Gaia is a luxury lifestyle brand born in LA, known for heirloom accessories that command a second look. You'll drive integrated marketing across digital and brand channels to elevate the brand while hitting commercial targets in a competitive fashion space.
Your Mission
Map current marketing tech stack and audit agency performance across PPC, SEO, SEM; identify quick wins on ROAS and CAC
Co-create seasonal marketing plan with VP of Digital translating business OKRs into channel-specific tactics
Establish daily/weekly/monthly reporting cadence with clear KPI dashboards for stakeholder visibility
Audit and optimize CRM strategy; launch one retention or referral initiative
Execute 2-3 integrated seasonal campaigns measuring lift in brand awareness and customer acquisition cost vs. industry benchmarks
Grow email/SMS subscriber base by 25%+ and increase retention cohort revenue by 15%
Build and scale influencer partnership pipeline with 10+ active brand ambassadors driving trackable revenue
Reduce paid media CAC by 20% through continuous optimization and creative testing
KPIs You'll Own
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
Track blended CAC across all channels; benchmark against fashion retail benchmarks and trend weekly.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Monitor ROAS for PPC, SEM, and social; target channel-specific benchmarks and optimize allocation.
Email/SMS Open & Conversion Rate
Track engagement and revenue per email/SMS send; test subject lines and send times for lift.
Brand Awareness & Consideration
Monitor social reach, impressions, and sentiment; survey brand lift lift post-campaign.
Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
Track repeat purchase rate and AOV by cohort to measure retention and referral program impact.
