The Challenge
Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, a major French banking group, is building its digital customer acquisition engine. You'll own end-to-end campaigns—from SEO content strategy to social media execution—and report directly on what actually drives new customer sign-ups.
Your Mission
Publish 8-12 SEO-optimized product content pieces across cmb.fr and cmso.com with measurable keyword rankings tracked
Execute 2 full digital acquisition campaigns from brief through launch, tracking CAC and conversion rates
Moderate and publish 3x weekly on social channels with engagement metrics documented
Deliver weekly reporting dashboard showing campaign performance, traffic sources, and engagement
Own 3+ SEO content pillars with measurable organic traffic growth (target: 20%+ improvement)
Build and scale 1 high-performing paid acquisition channel (Google/Meta) with documented ROI
Develop social media content calendar driving 15%+ engagement rate across platforms
Present quarterly business review to leadership showing total acquisition cost vs. customer lifetime value trends

Campaign Conversion Rate
Percentage of campaign clicks that result in customer acquisition—measures campaign quality.
Content Output Velocity
Number of published assets per month optimized for both SEO and paid ad performance.

Is This Role For You?
- You're pursuing a BAC+4/5 degree (master's or equivalent) and want 1-2 years of hands-on growth marketing experience
- You're comfortable with CMS tools, analytics dashboards, and writing content optimized for both SEO and ads
- You enjoy data—you'll spend time analyzing what works and proving ROI on your campaigns
- You're based in or willing to relocate to Brest, France for full on-site work
- You need remote flexibility—this role is 100% on-site in Brest with no hybrid option
- You're looking for immediate high salary—alternance roles pay ~€800-1,200/month; this is a learning opportunity
