Job Title: Marketing Director

Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Director to lead our overall marketing function, with a primary focus on demand generation, pipeline growth, and revenue impact. This role will own end-to-end marketing strategy from content to performance marketing and events with a sharp emphasis on driving high-quality leads and measurable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for building scalable demand programs, strengthening sales alignment, and expanding our presence through digital campaigns, field marketing, and industry events.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Lead Growth (Primary Focus)
ï‚· Own the global demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified leads.
ï‚· Work with central digital team to build and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, ABM, webinars, content syndication, and SEO.
ï‚· Establish and manage lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle programs in partnership with Sales.
ï‚· Drive MQL-to-SQL conversion and pipeline contribution.
ï‚· Manage marketing automation and CRM integration to ensure data accuracy and performance tracking.
ï‚· Set KPIs for lead volume, CPL, CAC, and pipeline impact.
Events & Field Marketing
ï‚· Lead strategy and execution for industry events, trade shows, executive roundtables, webinars, and roadshows.
ï‚· Drive pre-event promotion, on-site engagement, and post-event lead follow- up.
ï‚· Build strong experiential marketing programs to support brand and pipeline goals.
ï‚· Manage vendor relationships and event budgets.
Overall Marketing Leadership
ï‚· Partner with Product Marketing to refine value propositions and GTM strategy.
ï‚· Work closely with Sales leadership to define ICPs, segments, and pipeline priorities.
ï‚· Build strong feedback loops between sales and marketing.
ï‚· Enable sales with campaigns, content, and field programs.
ï‚· Present performance insights to executive leadership.
ï‚· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Customer Success, and Partnerships.
Qualifications
Experience
ï‚· 12+ years in B2B marketing with strong demand generation ownership
ï‚· Strong background in IT B2B environments with prior experience working on or closely with product teams + SaaS / enterprise technology experience preferred.
ï‚· Proven track record of building pipeline and revenue through marketing.
ï‚· Experience running global or regional marketing programs.
ï‚· Hands-on experience with events, ABM, and field marketing.
Skills
ï‚· Deep expertise in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot).
ï‚· Strong CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
ï‚· Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
ï‚· Strong leadership and stakeholder management.
ï‚· Excellent communication and storytelling ability.
Education
 Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
ï‚· MBA preferred.
