The Challenge
CNP Assurances is a 1,400-person insurance powerhouse looking to develop the next generation of product marketers. You'll own real product evolution projects, working across marketing, legal, tech, and sales to build insurance products that actually resonate with customers.
Your Mission
Complete 5+ competitive benchmarks and market research analyses across assigned insurance product categories
Master CNP's product documentation standards by updating 3+ guarantee tables and commercial materials
Support 2 active product launches with communication assets and stakeholder alignment
Build relationships across 4+ cross-functional teams (technical, legal, commercial, operations)
Lead end-to-end ownership on 1 minor product evolution project from research to launch
Develop 10+ marketing collateral pieces (guides, comparison sheets, pitch decks) that drive clarity on product positioning
Identify and propose 2 product improvements based on market gaps identified through benchmarking
Present quarterly business review on product performance metrics and competitive positioning to leadership

Number of competitive analyses completed on time vs. assigned quarterly targets
Documentation accuracy
Error rate on updated product guarantee tables and contractual materials post-review

- You're pursuing Bac+4/5 in Insurance, Commerce, or Marketing and want real-world product strategy experience
- You're proactive, detail-oriented, and genuinely curious about how insurance products solve customer problems
- You thrive in structured environments with clear mentorship (your tutor will guide you)
- You want a 12-24 month apprenticeship that converts to full-time (realistic pathway at CNP)
- You expect autonomy without guidance—you'll have a mentor but this is an apprenticeship role
- You're not interested in insurance or B2B product strategy fundamentals
- You need maximum remote flexibility—this is hybrid with on-site presence required
