The Challenge

French Ministry of Defence needs someone to transform how they recruit and retain talent across 64,000 civvies. You'll own employer brand strategy, build institutional networks, and drive candidate pipeline for critical cyber and defence roles.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current employer brand presence across job boards and develop content refresh roadmap

Map and activate 5+ institutional partner networks (France Travail, education sector, etc.) for candidate sourcing

Build ambassador program framework with training materials and KPI tracking dashboard

4

Produce 3 high-performing recruitment videos showcasing Ministry roles

By 6 Months
1

Scale ambassador network to 50+ active participants with monthly engagement metrics

Increase qualified candidate pipeline by 30% through institutional partnerships

3

Establish employer brand refresh across all job board pages with A/B tested messaging

4

Design and execute 2 major recruitment events with attendance and conversion tracking

Track month-over-month increase in qualified candidates from institutional partners vs. baseline

Ambassador Engagement Rate

Monitor active ambassadors, training completion, and network activity metrics
