Cipitria is a growing fashion brand that needs someone to own their entire digital marketing engine. You'll go from strategy to execution across socials, paid, email, and analytics—building the playbook as you scale.
Your Mission
Audit current Meta Ads performance and implement optimization framework targeting 20%+ ROAS improvement
Establish content calendar for Instagram and TikTok with minimum 3x/week posting and documented brand guidelines
Set up email marketing automation sequences for welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows
Create baseline dashboard tracking CAC, LTV, conversion rate, and engagement metrics across all channels
Scale profitable Meta Ads campaigns to 3-5x monthly spend while maintaining target ROAS
Grow Instagram and TikTok followers by 50%+ with documented content performance winners
Implement and optimize email nurture sequences achieving 25%+ open rates and 5%+ CTR
Develop and test 2-3 new creative growth campaigns (influencer collab, UGC, seasonal) with clear ROI measurement

- Your experience is primarily in B2B, SaaS, or services—fashion/e-commerce is non-negotiable here
- You've never managed a Meta Ads budget or don't understand e-commerce metrics

- You're looking for full remote—this is hybrid in Buenos Aires
