The Challenge
Chanel's Parfums Beauté Europe division needs someone to optimize paid media campaigns and SEO across 11+ European markets while driving real revenue impact. You'll work cross-functionally with country teams and media agencies to build performance marketing best practices at one of the world's most prestigious luxury brands.
Your Mission
Master Chanel's media guidelines and create standardized brief templates for France, Germany, Italy, Spain, and Benelux markets
Set up consolidated KPI tracking dashboard (traffic, revenue, ROI) pulling data from paid social and search campaigns across all regions
Conduct initial performance benchmark analysis comparing paid acquisition efficiency across the 11 target countries
Support launch of Q1 2027 paid social campaigns and document implementation learnings from each market
Identify and document top 3 performance optimization opportunities (creative, targeting, bidding) with projected impact in revenue and ROAS
Build SEO roadmap with technical and editorial teams; track and report monthly organic traffic lift vs. baseline
Present competitive media spend benchmarks and market trends to senior leadership (quarterly business review ready)
Establish feedback loop between media performance data and e-commerce teams to unlock cross-functional growth synergies

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)
Track paid media efficiency across paid social and search by country and campaign to optimize budget allocation.
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Measure revenue generated per euro spent on performance campaigns to identify top-performing channels and creative.
Organic Traffic Growth
Monitor month-over-month organic traffic lift from SEO improvements and roadmap implementation.
Campaign Attribution & Conversion Rate
Track traffic-to-revenue conversion by campaign, channel, and country to understand customer behavior patterns.

- You're studying Marketing, Digital Business, or related field and want real-world exposure to performance marketing at luxury scale
- You're obsessed with data—Google Analytics, ROI calculations, and KPI tracking excite you more than vanity metrics
- You're fluent in English and comfortable coordinating with 11+ European teams remotely on daily basis
- You want to understand how paid media and SEO actually drive revenue, not just traffic
- You need remote flexibility—this is 100% on-site in Paris 8
- You're not comfortable with ambiguity in matrix organizations or working cross-functionally to drive change through influence rather than authority
- You can't commit to a full 12-month internship starting September 2026
