The Challenge
Capital One is building the next generation of marketing technology-an agentic orchestration platform called Marketer Hub that automates campaign flows end-to-end. You'll architect cutting-edge AI applications that scale from MVP to enterprise, while mentoring world-class engineers and driving technical vision across the organization.
Your Mission
Own technical architecture for Marketer Hub's agentic orchestration layer; define APIs and data models for campaign automation
Migrate foundational marketing apps to Vue.js UI framework; establish design patterns and code review standards
Build distributed tracing instrumentation across marketing flows to enable real-time attribution and troubleshooting
Establish yourself as the authoritative expert on LLM-driven tooling and Gen AI coding practices within marketing tech
Scale Marketer Hub from MVP to production-grade system handling enterprise campaign volumes; hit key performance and reliability targets
Design and implement vector store integrations (Milvus, Pinecone, Turbopuffer) for LLM-powered campaign optimization
Lead mentorship program for 3-5 engineers; establish technical excellence culture and coaching cadence
Publish 2-3 internal/external thought leadership pieces on agentic marketing systems and Gen AI in enterprise fintech
