Your Mission
Audit current Farmers.com content performance in LLM/AI search engines and identify 15+ optimization opportunities
Execute on-site improvements (schema markup, content structure) targeting top 20 insurance-related queries in AI search
Map and initiate outreach to 25+ high-authority sites for external citations and backlinks
Build first dashboard tracking GEO visibility metrics across Google AIO, ChatGPT, and Perplexity
Increase Farmers.com citation count by 40% across relevant insurance and financial services directories
Achieve top 3 positioning for 10 high-intent insurance keywords in AI search results
Lead 2+ complex cross-functional projects (on-site SEO overhaul, digital PR campaign) to completion with documented ROI
Develop repeatable GEO framework and playbook for quarterly execution across product lines

Is This Role For You?
- You're obsessed with AI-powered search and understand how LLMs surface insurance content differently than Google
- You have 3-5 years hands-on SEO/GEO experience with proven wins in Semrush, Ahrefs, or BrightEdge
- You can articulate value props to stakeholders and execute outreach campaigns without hand-holding
- You're fluent in English and thrive in cross-functional project leadership roles with tight deadlines
- You only know traditional SEO—this role requires GEO expertise and comfort with AI search fundamentals
- You need remote flexibility—this is strict on-site in Bogota
- You're uncomfortable with project management overhead and reporting accountability
