Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You've shipped content or email campaigns that drove real traffic and conversions—not just vanity metrics
  • You're scrappy and can wear multiple hats: write, design (or direct), analyze, and optimize without waiting for approval
  • You care about the language/education space or have domain knowledge in professional development or EdTech
  • You're comfortable with remote work and independent execution, but collaborative with teams across timezones
Won't Work If
  • You need constant creative direction or design support—you're expected to lead strategy and execute with minimal hand-holding
  • You're not comfortable traveling to US events 4x per year or lack flexibility for event support
  • You need a large, established team with clear hierarchies—this is a lean, cross-functional role
