Brand Networks powers Fortune 500 brands with influencer marketing and employee-generated content tech. You'll own revenue expansion across a SaaS portfolio, guiding clients from mid-market to enterprise through strategic account growth and product-led expansion.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map 100% of current portfolio accounts; identify 3-5 high-confidence upsell opportunities tied to EGC or creator ecosystem gaps

Lead 15+ executive QBRs with C-suite stakeholders; establish cadence and success metrics for account health tracking

3

Build account plans with clear expansion roadmaps for 10+ strategic accounts; forecast next 12 months of net revenue retention

Onboard to Salesforce pipeline management; establish weekly forecasting cadence and visibility into expansion pipeline

Close $500K-$750K in expansion revenue through upsell, cross-sell, and new product adoption across portfolio

Increase net revenue retention (NRR) by 15-20% through proactive account optimization and multi-threaded relationships

Influence 2-3 product roadmap priorities based on customer insights; present findings to Product and innovation teams
