The Challenge

Bpifrance is France's public investment bank driving innovation across 4,000+ employees. You'll build and launch their CRM strategy from the ground up, turning customer data into competitive advantage for the entire organization.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map current CRM capabilities and gaps across 50+ regional offices; identify quick wins for adoption

Develop 3-5 data analysis frameworks to support customer segmentation and lead qualification workflows

3

Create and deliver 2 internal change management decks + training materials for CRM tool rollout

4

Qualify and pipeline 50+ high-potential SME leads aligned to Bpifrance financing products

By 6 Months
1

Own end-to-end CRM strategy documentation; present quarterly roadmap to leadership

Establish baseline metrics for customer data quality, engagement rates, and sales velocity by region

Execute 2 major change initiatives driving 40%+ CRM platform adoption across sales teams

4

Build reusable lead scoring model that increases conversion rate by 15%+ in pilot regions

€24K-€28K annually (internship stipend with full-time conversion path)

  • You think in data: comfortable with SQL basics, pivot tables, and turning metrics into decisions
  • You're a natural communicator who can pitch change management internally without corporate jargon
  • You're drawn to impact—building tools that unlock capital for real French entrepreneurs, not just chasing vanity metrics
Won't Work If
  • You expect a solo IC role; this is collaborative and cross-functional—you'll present to execs and negotiate with regional teams
  • You're fluent only in English; Bpifrance is French-first; you need strong French for internal comms and stakeholder management
  • You need 100% remote or fully on-site; hybrid commitment is non-negotiable for this role

1-hour assignment: analyze sample customer data set, recommend CRM segmentation, present findings
