The Challenge

Boulevard is scaling from $50M to $250M ARR and needs to automate its entire GTM engine instead of just hiring more reps. You'll architect the AI-driven systems that power outbound, routing, enrichment, and seller workflows across a modern tech stack.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map and document all manual GTM processes across Sales Ops, Marketing Ops, and Revenue Enablement to prioritize automation wins

2

Design and implement Clay-based AI enrichment workflows with custom GPT prompts to extract SMB firmographic data where traditional sources fail

3

Build 2-3 core Salesforce automation workflows (lead routing, lifecycle management, data sync) using LeanData and Outreach integrations

4

Establish monitoring, alerting, and error-handling infrastructure for all GTM integrations to catch data quality issues in real-time

By 6 Months

Achieve 30%+ reduction in manual data entry and enrichment work across the outbound motion, measured by Sales Ops time tracking

Scale GPT-driven outbound personalization framework to all SDRs with >15% lift in demo conversion rates

Integrate Gong call transcripts with Salesforce to auto-populate call insights and improve AE handoff efficiency

4

Document and operationalize all GTM automation workflows with runbooks and training materials for 10+ GTM team members

  • You've built or maintained complex CRM automation workflows (Salesforce, HubSpot) at scale with 50+ users
  • You think operationally: you measure everything and can tie automation ROI to pipeline/revenue metrics
  • You're hands-on with modern GTM tools—Clay, LeanData, Outreach, Gong—and understand how they integrate
  • You're pragmatic about AI: you use it where it drives outcomes, not because it's trendy
  • You've shipped workflows that reduced rep manual work by 30%+ and can talk through the before/after
Won't Work If
  • You prefer pure strategy or management over hands-on building—this is 80% architecture, 20% leadership
  • You've never owned end-to-end integration projects or aren't comfortable troubleshooting API errors and data syncs
  • You're remote-first or need flexibility—this role requires on-site presence in a US office
  • You lack SQL or basic scripting skills to diagnose and fix data quality issues in real-time
