The Challenge
Bolt is the world's most internationally scaled insurtech operating across 35+ markets. You'll build and scale complex partnerships with global insurance brokerages, fintech, and e-commerce players—turning embedded insurance into a revenue engine.
Your Mission
Map and qualify top 20 prospects in insurance brokerages, financial services, and e-commerce segments; build initial pipeline
Close 2-3 partnership agreements worth $500K+ ARR combined
Establish internal sales process: define stakeholder roles, create sales collateral, nail discovery-to-demo flow
Deliver first quarterly revenue target (TBD by hiring manager)
Hit or exceed 50% of annual revenue quota through new business and account expansion
Grow customer base to 15+ active partnerships; track expansion revenue from existing accounts
Build repeatable playbook for enterprise deal cycle: identify 3-4 customer archetypes, refine messaging for each
Mentor incoming sales team; document best practices and win/loss analysis to scale playbook
