What you'll do
Join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager, where you will have full ownership of the marketing funnel, from traffic generation to conversion. You will work directly with the marketing lead and have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue. In the first three months, you will audit the current website and user journey, contribute to the launch of a new optimized website, improve structure and navigation, and set up tracking and key performance indicators. In the first six months, you will increase qualified traffic, improve conversion rates, and build a scalable acquisition system.

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to build and scale our acquisition engine.
This is a hands-on role with full ownership of the marketing funnel: from traffic generation to conversion.
You will work directly with the marketing lead and have a direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
Your mission
In the first 3 months
Audit the current website and user journey
Contribute to the launch of a new optimized website (content already in progress)
Improve structure, navigation and conversion paths
Set up tracking, monitoring and key performance indicators
In the first 6 months
Increase qualified traffic
Improve conversion rates across key pages
Build a scalable and measurable acquisition system
What you will do
Acquisition
Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns
Test and iterate on acquisition channels
Identify growth opportunities
SEO & content
Define and execute SEO strategy
Produce and optimize content (blog, landing pages) for SEO and GEA
Improve organic visibility
Adapt content for AI-driven discovery (LLMs, search assistants, generative engines)
Website & conversion
Improve website structure and user journeys
Build and optimize landing pages
Run conversion optimizations (CRO)
Tools & tracking
Manage CRM (HubSpot or equivalent)
Set up workflows, forms and tracking
Monitor performance and report on results
What we are looking for
Experience
3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing
Strong experience in B2B environments
Experience in startup or tech companies is a strong plus
Skills
Strong knowledge of Google Ads (mandatory)
Solid understanding of SEO and content strategy
Experience with CMS tools
Experience with analytics and tracking (GA4, SEO tools like SEMrush)
Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or equivalent)
Able to write content independently
Comfortable working in both French and English
