The Challenge
BlinkRx is disrupting pharmacy supply chains with a pharma-to-patient cloud platform. You'll build and scale a national pharmacy network from the ground up, turning independent and specialty pharmacies into strategic growth partners.
Your Mission
Map the pharmacy landscape and identify 50+ high-impact partnership targets (independent, specialty, select chains) aligned to hub-and-spoke strategy
Establish baseline metrics: current network size, partner onboarding time, activation rate, and revenue per pharmacy partner
Land 5-8 strategic pharmacy partnerships and complete integration with Product/Engineering teams
Build your pharmacy CRM infrastructure with clean pipeline forecasting and monthly reporting cadence
Scale network to 100+ active pharmacy partners with documented partner success stories and retention rates >90%
Establish yourself as industry leader: speak at 2-3 major pharmacy/healthcare supply chain conferences
Develop pharmacy economics playbook that informs product roadmap and pricing strategy with Product team
Identify and hire 2-3 partnership managers to support continued network expansion

Days from initial outreach to signed agreement and live fulfillment.
Pipeline Coverage Ratio
Qualified pipeline value relative to quarterly revenue targets (3x+ minimum).

- You've spent 10+ years in pharmacy, pharma distribution, healthcare supply chain, or healthcare tech-not just adjacent
- You have deep, existing relationships with independent pharmacists and pharmacy owners you can leverage day one
- You thrive on building partnerships and complex deal structures; you're comfortable in CEO-to-pharmacist conversations
- You obsess over metrics: pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and measurable partner success outcomes
- You lack direct pharmacy or healthcare supply chain experience-this isn't an entry point from adjacent industries
- You're looking for remote flexibility; this is on-site NYC and relationship-driven requiring field presence
- You need a fully built team from day one; you're comfortable building the function as it scales
