The Challenge

Bizzdesign is a 600-person global SaaS powerhouse in Enterprise Architecture with 25+ years of Fortune 500 credibility. You'll own regional marketing execution across priority markets, translating global strategy into pipeline-driving campaigns while partnering directly with Sales leadership.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map priority accounts and territories in EMEA region; establish baseline pipeline metrics and campaign performance baseline

Launch 2-3 localized demand generation campaigns (ABM, webinars, events) aligned with Sales Q1-Q2 targets

Build cross-functional alignment with Sales, Product Marketing, and Digital teams; establish cadence and messaging frameworks

Audit and optimize regional marketing budget allocation; identify quick wins for campaign ROI improvement

By 6 Months
1

Execute 4+ major field marketing initiatives (events, ABM campaigns, executive roundtables) generating measurable pipeline contribution

Demonstrate 25%+ pipeline influence on qualified opportunities in assigned region through attribution tracking

Build and mentor regional marketing execution playbook; document processes for campaign localization and partner coordination

4

Achieve 15%+ improvement in campaign conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven optimization

Pipeline Generated

Revenue attributed to field marketing campaigns and initiatives measured through CRM pipeline stage tracking.

Campaign Conversion Rate

Percentage of campaign participants (event attendees, webinar registrants, ABM targets) converting to qualified pipeline.

Cost Per Qualified Lead

Regional marketing spend divided by qualified leads generated, tracking efficiency against global benchmarks.

Event ROI

Revenue generated from events and roundtables vs. total event spend (venue, logistics, speaker fees, promotion).

Sales Satisfaction Score

Quarterly feedback from Sales leadership on relevance, timeliness, and quality of marketing support and campaigns.

  • You've spent 6+ years in B2B enterprise SaaS field marketing or demand generation roles-you know how to bridge Sales and Marketing
  • You're fluent in English, French, AND German; Paris-based or willing to be on-site daily in a collaborative hub environment
  • You're comfortable with Salesforce, marketing automation, and data analysis; you obsess over campaign attribution and ROI
  • You thrive in flat, autonomous cultures where 'owner mentality' beats process; you move fast and adapt based on real-time feedback
  • You've managed complex, multi-channel campaigns (ABM, events, webinars) that directly influenced pipeline for 9-18 month sales cycles
