The Challenge
Binance is the world's largest crypto exchange by volume, trusted by 300M+ users across 100+ countries. You'll lead North Latam's growth engine—executing acquisition, retention, and referral campaigns in one of crypto's fastest-growing regions.
Your Mission
Launch and optimize 3-4 regional user acquisition campaigns with defined CAC targets and conversion benchmarks
Map current user segments and build 2-3 automated lifecycle email/push sequences with >40% engagement targets
Set up A/B testing framework for campaign elements (copy, creative, timing) and document baseline metrics
Align campaign roadmap with product and content teams; establish weekly reporting cadence on campaign KPIs
Achieve 20-30% improvement in campaign ROI through iterative testing and personalization refinement
Scale top-performing acquisition channels 2-3x while reducing CAC by 15-20%
Build and execute referral program campaigns targeting 10-15% of active users with measurable viral coefficient
Deliver monthly growth insights report with cohort analysis, retention trends, and optimization recommendations
