What you'll do
Position Overview
We are seeking an E-Commerce & Marketing Specialist whose primary responsibility will be to grow our online business across Walmart.com, Amazon, and other digital retail platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience with Walmart Retail Link and Amazon and a strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and consumer products.
Responsibilities
E-Commerce & Online Growth
- Grow and manage our business across Walmart.com, Amazon, and other online retailers.
- Use Walmart Retail Link and Amazon data to analyze sales, inventory, trends, and opportunities.
- Optimize product listings, images, descriptions, keywords, and digital content to increase visibility and conversion.
- Monitor online sales, pricing, inventory, reviews, competitors, and overall product performance.
- Identify and execute opportunities to increase online sales and expand product assortment.
Marketing & Social Media
- Develop marketing campaigns that increase product visibility and brand awareness.
- Create and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Write product descriptions, captions, marketing copy, and promotional content.
- Support influencer and product reviewer outreach.
- Track engagement and identify opportunities to grow our digital audience.
Product & Retail Support
- Research consumer trends, competitors, and new product opportunities.
- Assist with new product development and launches.
- Create product presentations, catalogs, and sales materials.
- Coordinate projects across sales, creative, product development, and licensing teams.
- Stay current on trends within the toy, sporting goods, licensing, and consumer products industries.
Qualifications
- Marketplace experience, including Walmart Retail Link, required/preferred.
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central.
- Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in toys, sporting goods, licensing, or consumer products is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and collaborative.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
