The Challenge

Bain & Company needs a strategic paid media leader to own their global digital campaign portfolio during a critical maternity coverage period. You'll step into an in-flight program with real budget, real stakes, and the chance to shape their Paid Digital Center of Excellence while driving measurable talent acquisition and market reputation outcomes.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit and stabilize all in-flight paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Display, Demandbase, Google Ads, Meta) with clear performance baselines and optimization roadmap

Align global stakeholders across Market Reputation and Talent Acquisition on campaign prioritization, budget allocation, and measurement framework

3

Implement standardized reporting and governance workflows using Trello/Kapost to ensure consistency across regions

4

Identify and execute 2-3 high-impact optimizations on primary LinkedIn campaigns to improve CAC or engagement metrics by 15%+

By 6 Months
1

Deliver measurable campaign performance gains across portfolio with documented ROI improvements vs. baseline

Scale top-performing campaign strategies across global regions while maintaining execution standards

3

Build institutional knowledge of best practices and document playbooks for the Paid Digital CoE

4

Successfully transition campaigns and strategies to permanent team members with clear continuity plan

Cost Per Acquisition (CPA)

Track spend efficiency across paid channels, targeting month-over-month improvements in acquisition cost for talent and executive reach campaigns.

Campaign ROI by Platform

Measure return on investment across LinkedIn, Display, Demandbase, Google Ads, and Meta to optimize budget allocation.

Global Campaign Execution Score

Monitor on-time delivery, budget variance, and governance compliance across regional teams.

Stakeholder Alignment & Satisfaction

Track adoption of recommendations and feedback from Market Reputation and Talent Acquisition leadership.

Conversion Rate by Audience Segment

Analyze performance of targeted audience strategies to inform future paid media investment decisions.
