The Challenge
AVIV is Europe's leading proptech company (backed by KKR) entering a growth acceleration phase across SeLoger, Meilleurs Agents, and Belles Demeures. You'll be the analytical backbone turning multi-channel marketing data into real-time strategic decisions for millions of monthly users across France.
Your Mission
Audit current tracking setup across GA4, Adjust, and BigQuery; identify data gaps and implement fixes to ensure reliable performance measurement
Design and deploy 3-5 automated dashboards for key marketing channels (SEA, SEO, CRM, Display) with real-time KPI visibility across brands/markets
Establish baseline performance targets and forecasts for traffic and leads across all brands; communicate framework to stakeholders
Set up automated alerting system to flag performance anomalies and tracking issues before they impact business decisions
Build scalable attribution model and ROAS tracking system comparing performance across all marketing levers; recommend budget allocation shifts
Execute 4+ rigorous incrementality tests and A/B tests in collaboration with Data team; translate results into concrete optimization recommendations
Architect multi-brand, multi-market reporting infrastructure using Tableau/Looker Studio handling 10M+ daily data points with <1 min query time
Deliver forecasting model predicting quarterly KPIs (traffic, leads, conversion) with >85% accuracy to inform marketing strategy and budget planning

Monitor tracking accuracy across GA4, Adjust, and app events; audit weekly against ground truth sources

Measure Mean Absolute Percentage Error on traffic and lead forecasts; aim for <15% deviation vs. actuals
Attribution Model Lift
Compare incrementality study findings vs. previous multi-touch attribution; quantify improvement in decision-making accuracy
Insights Actioned
Track % of dashboard insights that directly led to budget reallocation or optimization decisions by marketing teams

- You can translate complex data stories into 1-slide insights that drive budget decisions
- You're comfortable owning reporting infrastructure end-to-end (from raw data collection to executive dashboards)
- You thrive in scaling analytics for multiple brands/markets simultaneously without sacrificing data quality
- You prefer exploratory data science over operational analytics; this role is hands-on reporting, forecasting, and monitoring
- You don't have SQL or BigQuery experience; this is table-stakes for the role
- You're looking for 100% remote; this is on-site Paris only
- You're uncomfortable with ambiguity; you'll need to define metrics and KPIs yourself in month one
