The Challenge

Asure Software powers HCM for 100K+ clients. You'll architect AI-driven go-to-market workflows that turbocharge pipeline generation, sales conversion, and team productivity—operating at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Map 3-5 high-impact AI use cases with Sales and Marketing leadership; build business cases for top 2 pilots

2

Design and deploy initial AI workflow for lead qualification or outbound personalization in CRM; measure baseline metrics

3

Develop HCM-specific prompt strategies and buyer persona frameworks; train Sales team on AI tool adoption

4

Audit current GTM tech stack; identify data integration gaps and recommend solutions for seamless AI-CRM-HCM connectivity

By 6 Months
1

Scale 2-3 AI workflows across Sales org; achieve 15%+ improvement in pipeline generation or conversion metrics

Define and operationalize ICP, segmentation, and territory strategies across target segments

Build repeatable prospecting, lead routing, and outreach automation workflows; reduce manual data entry by 25%+

4

Establish AI governance framework; manage vendor ecosystem, measure ROI across all AI initiatives, iterate based on data

Track new opportunities created via AI-driven outreach, lead qualification, and prospecting workflows.

Sales Conversion Rate Lift

Measure improvement in deal closure rates attributed to AI-powered insights, messaging, and proposal generation.

Sales Productivity Gain

Monitor time saved per rep via automation; track activities completed, meetings booked, or deals progressed per week.

AI Adoption Rate

Percentage of Sales team actively using AI workflows; track engagement and consistency of tool usage month-over-month.

AI Output Quality Score

Internal scoring or Sales feedback on relevance, accuracy, and usability of AI-generated leads, messaging, and proposals.

  • You've built or scaled AI-driven workflows in a revenue context (Sales, Marketing, or RevOps) and love translating business problems into technical solutions
  • You're equally comfortable with data analysis, GTM strategy, and hands-on tool configuration; you bridge business and technical teams naturally
  • You obsess over metrics—pipeline generation, conversion, adoption—and iterate relentlessly based on what the data tells you
  • You thrive in a role that's part strategist, part builder, part enabler; you're energized by cross-functional collaboration
  • You have a strong grasp of HCM software, B2B SaaS GTM, or enterprise sales motions (bonus if you know the HCM buyer)
Won't Work If
  • You need remote flexibility or hybrid work; this role is on-site only in Austin
  • You prefer pure strategy or pure execution; this role demands hands-on technical work alongside GTM thinking
  • You're not comfortable with AI/LLM tools, prompt engineering, or continuous learning in a rapidly evolving AI landscape
