The Challenge

Arcade is building the infrastructure layer that lets AI agents actually take real-world actions-not just chat. You'll sit at the intersection of product and community, shipping viral demos and earning developer mindshare in the fastest-growing AI ecosystem.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Ship 2-3 high-signal demos that showcase Arcade's capabilities on trending AI use cases (agent frameworks, MCP integrations)

2

Establish credible presence across 3-4 developer communities (Reddit, Discord, Hacker News, GitHub) with genuinely helpful contributions and earned reputation

3

Identify and document 10+ developer pain points in the AI agent tooling space to feed product roadmap prioritization

4

Partner with 2-3 complementary tools/platforms to build co-branded integrations that embed Arcade into developer workflows

By 6 Months
1

Launch 8-12 shipped projects/experiments that collectively drive 5K+ qualified developer signups and 20%+ engagement rate on demos

2

Build repeatable playbook for rapid-response content (shipping new model integrations, API changes within 24-48 hours of announcement)

3

Establish Arcade as authoritative voice in AI agent tooling through authored content, talks, or community leadership (1-2 major pieces)

4

Feed product roadmap with 3-4 validated feature requests backed by developer feedback, resulting in prioritized product work

KPIs You'll Own

Demos shipped per month

Target 2-4 shipped projects monthly that demonstrate Arcade capabilities and drive developer engagement.

Community engagement signals

Upvotes, replies, and saved posts across Reddit, Discord, HN, GitHub-measure influence and reach.

Integration partnerships launched

Is This Role For You?

For You If
  • You can code and ship-you're not just a marketer, you build working demos and integrations yourself
  • You genuinely love developer communities and understand how to earn trust (not spam) on Reddit, Discord, and HN
  • You're obsessed with AI agents and understand the technical problems developers face with LLMs, tooling, and agentic workflows
  • You thrive in ambiguity and move fast-you'll own the growth playbook from scratch with minimal guardrails
  • You can translate technical feedback from developers into actionable product insights
Won't Work If
  • You need a clear org structure, manager mentorship, or hand-holding-this role requires autonomy and self-direction
  • You prefer traditional marketing (ads, campaigns, funnels) over community and product-led growth
  • You're not willing to engage authentically in developer spaces or you see marketing as selling, not helping
  • You don't code or can't ship demos/integrations yourself-execution is core to this role

Interview Process

1

Screening call

Culture fit, growth philosophy, and examples of past community/developer work

2

Technical discussion

Walk through a recent project you shipped; discuss AI agents, MCP, and technical tooling landscape

3

Take-home project

Build or ship a small demo/integration that shows your thinking and execution speed

4

Founder conversation

CEO and/or CTO discussion about vision, market, and how you'll move the needle
