The Challenge

AppGate is the go-to Zero Trust Network Access platform for enterprises and DoD—no room for failure. You'll architect the GTM automation engine that keeps their revenue machine running at scale across Sales, Marketing, and Ops.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Audit current GTM tech stack (SFDC, Outreach, Chorus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav) and identify 3-5 high-impact automation wins

Design and deploy first end-to-end workflow automating lead scoring, enrichment, or account hierarchy sync across systems

Build documentation and runbooks for 2+ GTM processes to enable cross-functional adoption and reduce manual handoffs

4

Partner with Sales Systems and RevOps to establish governance framework for automation changes in production

By 6 Months
1

Scale AI-powered workflows across lead qualification, account-based targeting, and pipeline acceleration (measure: % manual work reduction)

Own and optimize MEDDPICC forecasting automation logic to improve forecast accuracy and sales productivity

3

Implement account scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle management infrastructure supporting ABM strategy

4

Drive measurable adoption of GTM tools through enablement programs; track usage metrics and iterate based on feedback

  • You've built and deployed 5+ significant automations in a SaaS GTM environment using tools like n8n, Zapier, or native SFDC/Marketo integrations
  • You think like an engineer but speak fluent Sales and Marketing—you translate business problems into scalable technical solutions
  • You're energized by ambiguous problems and love owning end-to-end workflows from conception to production optimization
  • You have hands-on experience with SFDC, revenue ops platforms, and API integrations; you're comfortable in dev/test/prod environments
Won't Work If
  • You're looking for remote flexibility—this is on-site, full-time, and requires close collaboration with GTM teams daily
  • You need to see immediate revenue impact; GTM engineering is a 3-6 month play before measurable acceleration kicks in
  • You lack automation experience or default to requesting vendors build custom solutions rather than building with existing platforms
