The Challenge

Amazon is hunting for sharp marketing interns to help scale its European network. You'll own real campaigns, adapt global brand strategy to the French market, and ship projects that move the needle for one of the world's most customer-obsessed companies.

Your Mission

First 3 Months
1

Execute 2-3 localized marketing campaigns adapted from global brand strategy, measuring engagement and conversion lift

2

Create 15+ pieces of marketing assets (copy, creative briefs, content calendars) that drive customer acquisition

3

Map cross-functional dependencies and deliver one full project end-to-end with at least 2 other teams

Document market insights and competitive positioning specific to the French market for brand playbook

By 6 Months
1

Lead optimization of 4-5 active growth initiatives, using A/B testing to improve campaign performance by 20%+

Build repeatable campaign templates and processes that the team can scale across Q1-Q2

Contribute to a sustainable market expansion recommendation with data-backed insights on customer segments

Mentor incoming interns or junior team members on campaign execution and best practices

Case study or take-home assignment: adapt a global campaign brief to the French market with rationale and KPIs.

Panel with 2-3 marketing managers who'll dig into your campaign examples, ask about cross-functional collaboration, and assess cultural fit.
