About the role
We’re seeking a highly experienced marketing leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution to drive revenue growth across brand, performance, and lifecycle marketing. You will set direction, align teams, and turn strategy into clear priorities. Working closely with product, data, design and support teams, you’ll lead initiatives that deliver measurable growth. This position will be a one-year fixed term contract with an opportunity for future full-time consideration for this and/or other open roles.
What you will do
- Lead data-driven marketing strategies across brand, performance, growth, and lifecycle marketing
- Translate company strategy into actionable marketing plans, with clear goals and priorities that support company revenue targets
- Partner with product, growth, and leadership teams on go-to-market strategy
- Oversee campaign planning and ensure strong execution across channels, managing resources and timelines
- Use data to evaluate performance, pivoting quickly on small projects and and adjusting wider strategy over time
- Become an expert in the products and services we offer, and ensure consistency in positioning, messaging, and brand voice
What we are looking for
- Senior marketing professional with 10+ years of broad, hands on experience across brand, performance marketing, content, product marketing, and growth
- Strong strategic thinker who can zoom out to the top level view, then get specific and figure out the details
- Independent, proactive individual, comfortable taking ownership of initiatives with minimal guidance
- Experience leading projects of all scales, also willing to tackle tasks themself in order to keep work moving at pace
- Confident working with data, insights, and performance metrics, balancing this with creative problem solving and innovative thinking
- Clear, confident communicator who aligns teams and drives decisions
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be flexible
- Experience in a startup, particularly within ecommerce or a creator led businesses is a strong plus
- Familiarity with tools including Google Analytics, Tableau, Wordpress and Monday.com is a plus
