The Challenge
Akad is a modern insurance company rethinking how the industry works. You'll own their editorial strategy—turning complex insurance concepts into clear, compelling content that drives brand positioning and fuels growth campaigns.
Your Mission
Map and launch editorial calendar aligned with product launches and campaign roadmap; establish content governance and tone guidelines
Produce 12-15 high-performing blog posts and 4-6 educational assets (guides, whitepapers) optimized for SEO and audience segments
Set up content performance dashboard tracking engagement, CTR, and conversion metrics across blog, LinkedIn, email, and landing pages
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Sales) to document content needs and establish content request workflow
Achieve 35%+ MoM growth in organic blog traffic; improve average page time-on-page by 25% through content optimization
Build and scale educational content program with 8-10 pieces targeting key buyer personas; measure lead quality and pipeline impact
Develop sales enablement content library for partner brokers; track usage and conversion contribution to revenue
Establish quarterly content performance reviews and roadmap planning cycle; implement A/B testing framework for headlines, CTAs, and formats

Measure content's SEO contribution and editorial effectiveness in driving qualified awareness.
Content Engagement Rate (CTR, Time-on-Page, Shares)
Track how resonant and compelling your content is across channels—blog, LinkedIn, email.
Lead Generation via Content (MQLs, SQLs, Pipeline Value)
Tie editorial output to actual business outcomes—leads and revenue influence from content.
Content Output Velocity
Monitor pieces published per month across channels while maintaining quality standards.
SEO Performance (Keyword Rankings, Impressions)
Track visibility and search dominance for target insurance and finserv keywords.
